About the role
- Data Analyst focusing on analytics in shipping for one of Europe’s fastest-growing e-commerce startups. Collaborating within a modern Data Team, driving efficiency through data insights.
Responsibilities
- Define and track KPIs to monitor and explain the performance of the business.
- Provide data insights, identify business opportunities and estimate their financial impact.
- Closely work with Ovoko Shipping development team to enable data-driven decision making.
- Implement relatively simple ETL.
- Build dashboards.
- Design, run and analyse A/B tests.
- Work using world class tooling: Snowflake, Looker, Mixpanel and evolving AI landscape.
Requirements
- Experience in SQL scripting, Power BI, Tableau; Snowflake and Looker knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Good data visualisation and story-telling skills.
- Business-driven mindset.
- Fluent English is required.
- Python knowledge is an advantage.
- Shipping/Logistics experience is an advantage but not essential.
