Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of technical and strategic solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Brazil;
• Actively participate in project development meetings, highlighting critical areas and identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of engineering systems;
• Perform project coordination in BIM, identifying clashes, technical inconsistencies, missing information and/or undefined elements between architectural and engineering disciplines, and proposing integrated, cost-effective solutions in line with client objectives and approvals;
• Proactively analyze project needs by applying technical knowledge across key disciplines, contributing to discussions, anticipating risks and inconsistencies, and proposing practical solutions;
• Provide a systemic perspective in analyses, evaluating how proposed solutions affect schedules and outcomes;
• Connect different aspects of the project to deliver coherent and effective solutions.

Requirements

• Able to read and interpret drawings and project documentation, without necessarily being required to size structural or building services systems;
• Knowledge of building installations (design or construction);
• Familiarity with project coordination (clash detection);
• Experience in developing structural designs or detailed architectural design for construction projects;
• Knowledge of construction execution, particularly for buildings;
• Knowledge of BIM methodology;
• Experience with BIM coordination tools (Solibri/Navisworks);
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or a technical diploma in Building/Construction Technology;
