Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of technical and strategic solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Brazil;
Actively participate in project development meetings, highlighting critical areas and identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of engineering systems;
Perform project coordination in BIM, identifying clashes, technical inconsistencies, missing information and/or undefined elements between architectural and engineering disciplines, and proposing integrated, cost-effective solutions in line with client objectives and approvals;
Proactively analyze project needs by applying technical knowledge across key disciplines, contributing to discussions, anticipating risks and inconsistencies, and proposing practical solutions;
Provide a systemic perspective in analyses, evaluating how proposed solutions affect schedules and outcomes;
Connect different aspects of the project to deliver coherent and effective solutions.
Requirements
Able to read and interpret drawings and project documentation, without necessarily being required to size structural or building services systems;
Knowledge of building installations (design or construction);
Familiarity with project coordination (clash detection);
Experience in developing structural designs or detailed architectural design for construction projects;
Knowledge of construction execution, particularly for buildings;
Knowledge of BIM methodology;
Experience with BIM coordination tools (Solibri/Navisworks);
Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or a technical diploma in Building/Construction Technology;
