Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligning with customer needs and company goals
  • Oversee strategic roadmaps creation and communication to stakeholders, balancing short-term goals with long-term innovation
  • Collaborate with teams for market research and competitive analysis, identifying opportunities for product differentiation
  • Drive product development lifecycle from ideation to release planning, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to bring new digital products to market
  • Own product adoption and growth strategy globally
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators for continuous improvement
  • Primary interface for customers and external partners, communicating product strategy and performance reports

Requirements

  • Over 10 years in product management, specializing in B2B enterprise tech products
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Skilled in leading through influence, building relationships, and managing conflict
  • Strong analytical skills for strategic thinking and aligning product initiatives with business goals
  • Solid grasp of software development processes and tech stack for effective communication with engineers
  • Keen eye for user experience design to enhance user adoption
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Proficient in product management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Product Board, etc.
  • Experienced with PowerPoint for effective presentations
  • Exposure to AI-driven product management and development
  • Must be available for frequent travel to the New York area, with 10% travel quarterly.
