  • Senior Reporting and Analytics Analyst managing health services research projects for The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center. Leading data analytics tasks and mentoring junior staff while focusing on health quality measures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage significant responsibilities across 3-5 concurrent projects
  • Work independently on tasks of moderate to high complexity
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to facilitate consensus building
  • Serve as a technical mentor for less experienced colleagues
  • Effectively translate complex technical information for non-technical project sponsors

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Requires successful completion of a background check
  • An advanced degree in a relevant field of study (preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience with SQL, SAS, or R for data preparation and analysis
  • Experience working in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
  • Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and version control software such as GIT
  • Experience in applied health services or population health research
  • Proven ability to develop visualizations in Tableau or RShiny
