About the role
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions for clients and integrate them into production systems. Mentor team members, define quality objectives, and advise clients on technical trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI-powered software solutions for our clients
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into products and processes
- Implement solutions according to specifications and documentation (SRS, C4)
- Define and communicate non-functional requirements and quality objectives
- Build ML pipelines and production integrations (APIs, services, data flows)
- Coach colleagues on AI implementation patterns and engineering best practices
- Take initiative, own end-to-end tasks, and manage priorities effectively
- Maintain and strengthen standards (code quality, testing, reviews, best practices)
- Research, test, and deploy new models, tools, and approaches
- Advise clients on technical decisions, trade-offs, and delivery plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ recent years in AI/ML (deep learning, computer vision, NLP, generative AI, predictive analytics, etc.)
- Master’s degree (or PhD) in Computer Science / Software Engineering with a focus on AI, or equivalent experience
- Intermediate or conversational French (minimum)
