Responsibilities
Responsible for a portfolio of loans to ensure insurance obligations are maintained
Analyze property, liability, and regional perils to mitigate coverage limits
Communicate with Borrower and Agent to bind adequate coverage
Review insurance policy renewal information from borrowers/agents for compliance
Remediate non-compliant insurance issues through correspondence
Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
Monitor reports and deadlines to ensure work is completed on time
Utilize Servicing System and software applications for insurance reviews
Requirements
At least 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate mortgage industry of insurance compliance processing and/or experience in Commercial Insurance selling, underwriting or claims
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and to meet critical and established deadlines; sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assignments and transactions simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion in the performance of daily activities
Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and constant interruptions; Ability to adjust priorities in a changing environment
