Responsibilities
Order processing with a focus on our own brand "mera" and support for private label
Active customer care and order generation
Order acceptance and entry, as well as invoice and delivery note creation
Review of prices, terms and product availability
Handling complaints and credit notes
Organization of transport and logistics
Close coordination with Key Account Management and field sales
Creation and maintenance of customer, product and master data
Master data maintenance in PIM, ERP (AEINS) and shop systems
Monitoring inventory levels and pallet accounts
Requirements
Professional experience in inside sales
Strong skills in ERP order entry and logistics organization
Understanding of well-maintained master data and smooth processes
Strong organizational skills, structured and solution-oriented working style
Confident handling of customer inquiries and proactive communication with colleagues
Good command of English
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong service orientation
