Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize AI models, including performance monitoring, retraining, and deployment.
- Build and label datasets for computer vision projects (classification, detection, segmentation).
- Deploy agentic AI infrastructure on cloud platforms using CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop AI applications using frameworks like LangGraph, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Autogen, and Google ADK.
- Mentor and upskill engineers on AI workloads and best practices.
- Define project scope and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Lead Agile project execution and manage risks, dependencies, and reporting.
- Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement across deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in AI or Data Science are a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering application deployment and project delivery.
- Strong Python skills (OOP), AI deployment experience, and software architecture knowledge.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
