Responsibilities
Own the entire sales lifecycle – from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
Develop and execute strategic sales pitches to drive new business opportunities.
Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline, expanding Oraki’s publisher network.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with publishers and key industry stakeholders.
Represent Oraki at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Provide market insights and feedback to leadership, shaping sales and expansion strategies.
Requirements
Proven sales experience in digital advertising – ideally with a publisher tech provider or direct publisher relationships.
A track record of exceeding sales targets and building revenue-generating relationships.
A self-starter with a hunter mentality – proactive, hands-on, and results-driven.
Passion for networking, traveling, and attending industry events to drive business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills (English, both written and verbal).
Excellent organizational skills – ability to manage multiple deals and grow a pipeline effectively.
Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage).
A deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and publisher monetization landscape.
