About the role

  • Sales Manager leading sales efforts for a digital advertising technology company. Focused on revenue growth and building publisher relationships in EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales lifecycle – from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales pitches to drive new business opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline, expanding Oraki’s publisher network.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with publishers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Represent Oraki at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to leadership, shaping sales and expansion strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in digital advertising – ideally with a publisher tech provider or direct publisher relationships.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and building revenue-generating relationships.
  • A self-starter with a hunter mentality – proactive, hands-on, and results-driven.
  • Passion for networking, traveling, and attending industry events to drive business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills (English, both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational skills – ability to manage multiple deals and grow a pipeline effectively.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage).
  • A deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and publisher monetization landscape.
