About the role

Responsibilities
- You will work on development projects in the fields of audio and communications technology and shape the technological direction of new products.
- You will develop RF system architectures for mixed-signal transmit and receive circuits and ensure their technical and production-ready implementation.
- You will analyze product requirements, derive specifications, and develop innovative solution concepts.
- You will create test plans, validate in the laboratory, and derive concrete optimizations from field data.
- You will independently carry out RF design validations — from measurement strategy to evaluation.
- You will program in C and C++ in RTOS or bare-metal environments.
- You will automate RF tests with Python to improve development cycles and test quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in RF design.
- Excellent knowledge of RF signal processing down to baseband.
- Focus on analog high-frequency electronics, complemented by mixed-signal and digital experience.
- Demonstrable experience in the design, development, and measurement validation of RF systems.
- Solid knowledge of Python and C++ as well as experience with automation.
- Practical experience in productization and certification/approval of radio systems.
- Knowledge of wireless communication technologies such as 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or DECT is an advantage.
- Ability to take technical leadership of projects or teams; combined with assertiveness and solution orientation.
- Passion for technical challenges, paired with team spirit in an agile environment.
- Very good written and spoken English for documentation and collaboration in multinational teams.
