About the role

Responsibilities
- Technical specialist planning and leadership of the technical implementation, depending on level of expertise
- Planning, organization and management of national and international multi-sport and multi-venue projects
- Operational planning in coordination with specialist departments, taking technical requirements into account
- Primary point of contact for clients, providing end-to-end project support
- Monitoring implementation, reporting and structured project documentation
- Leading the project team on site and coordinating external partners
Requirements
- Successfully completed industry-specific vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on event management, media production or related fields
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager in the events industry, preferably in an international environment with a focus on live productions
- Strong technical understanding in the areas of audio, video and network technology
- Willingness to travel internationally; longer stays abroad are possible
- Assertiveness, natural leadership qualities and a solution-oriented working style
- Flexibility, precise working methods and attention to detail
- Knowledge of project planning and control methods
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with Vectorworks & Easyjob or other ERP systems is a plus
