About the role

  • Lead and develop Shop Managers in your area
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Merchandising and Brand Management teams
  • Responsibility for all staff within your area
  • Ensure optimal organization of your stores
  • Implement company guidelines and maintain our operational routines
  • Staff development and coordination of training
  • Plan staffing based on customer footfall
  • Lead by example in service and customer focus
  • Actively participate in in-store sales
  • Oversee and conduct inventory counts
  • Plan and coordinate promotions for your area

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Fluency in French and German is required
  • Knowledge of English is desirable and considered an asset
  • Enjoy working in a team with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and a commitment to leading by example
  • Successfully completed vocational training in the textile/fashion sector
  • Strong interest in fashion and good market knowledge
  • Excellent numerical understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
