About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the comprehensive design and strategy of data and analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all regions
  • Ensure alignment with global organizational goals, leveraging industry best practices in data governance, advanced analytics, and integrated reporting
  • Work with functional leads and business teams to incorporate supply chain specific needs into business requirements while remaining aligned with procedures and global standards
  • Own & manage business requirement backlog and ensuring SAP S/4 clean core alignment
  • Design and manage global templates for analytics in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Drive standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency across regions
  • Define governance policies to ensure the accurate use, updates, and maintenance of the global analytics and related templates
  • Regularly audit and refine templates based on user feedback and changing business needs
  • Provide detailed business requirements to deployment teams
  • Support the technical deployment
  • Serve as a central point of contact for template users across the organization during the project
  • Act as an inspiring leader and key advisor on emerging trends in data management and analytics technologies
  • Lead all aspects of data products life-cycle management related activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; focused degree in Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, or related field is preferred
  • At least 8 years of work experience
  • Proven track record of managing data assets and ensuring data quality and governance
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data modelling, and data architecture principles
  • Familiarity with data governance tools, data management platforms, and data quality management practices
  • Strong background with SAP S/4
  • Deep knowledge of the supply chain operations, including understanding processes, rules, and data requirements
  • Good Data Strategy facilitator to help drive business impacts
  • Great collaboration skills and ability to interpret end user needs

Benefits

  • This position may require up to 20% of domestic or international travel
  • Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week
