Responsibilities
Assemble compensation data in a format that allows for consistent use across the compensation team
Work with Incentive compensation leadership team to identify IC reporting needs to include both internal and external (field) needs
Deliver dashboard reporting to support field sales leaders with KPIs including sales, quota, attainment %, performance vs financial BP and performance vs financial budget
Capture, coordinate, and maintain compensation information in an offline database for easily accessible historical information
Create, maintain, and analyze monthly trend data
Filter and clean data to only show business-critical fields
Use data visualization tools to allow for easy interpretation of data and trends
Act as team SME in leading training analysts on effective use of data repository
Supports team in advising on methods to address business questions and provide insights using technology
Partners closely with compensation system and administration analyst teams to ensure accurate system programming and delivery of compensation across all ortho businesses.
Partners with sales leadership and commercial partners to independently manage financial modeling, and benchmarking activities in support of assigned organizations.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Relevant Co-Op, internship, or 0-2 years work experience is required
10% domestic travel may be required
Background or education in computer science, finance, statistics, or business preferred
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred
Experience with Macros preferred
