About the role

• System Engineer GitOps enhancing automation for Windows Application Cloud and internal server landscape. Ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure management while collaborating with Datacenter Operations.

Responsibilities

• You will systematically and sustainably expand automation for the Windows Application Cloud as well as our internal server landscape.
• You ensure that infrastructure can be operated in a reproducible, secure, and scalable manner.
• Your mission is to ensure fully automated provisioning, maintenance, and hardening of our systems — from the first instance to large-scale production operation.
• You will take a central role in the speed, security, and future readiness of our platform.
• You will build and continuously develop the automation for the Windows Application Cloud.
• You are responsible for the automated deployment of large numbers of customer systems.
• You will also establish Infrastructure-as-Code structures for our internal server landscapes.
• You implement automated patch and security management.
• You minimize manual interventions in operations.
• Additionally, you will work closely with the Datacenter Operations team.

Requirements

• You have experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD).
• You have a solid understanding of server and cloud infrastructures.
• You work in a structured, clean, and traceable manner.
• You have a strong affinity for security and stability.
• You enjoy enabling technical scalability.
• You have German and English language skills (at least C1).
