About the role

• Business Solutions Architect at Omie, focusing on client needs and ERP solutions for Brazilian entrepreneurs. Collaborate and document workflows to enhance business systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather client needs and requirements;
• Create, design and document the client's scope;
• Assist in collecting and reviewing costs of products and services that make up the client's current solution, and support the Sales Executive in proposing the delivery of the solution to be contracted;
• Test routines, processes and flows related to ERP best practices;
• Present the system and its tools and features according to the client's needs and expectations;
• Prepare technical documentation;
• Know and stay updated on our offerings/solutions and those of our strategic partners (own app marketplace);
• Identify the need for new partners or market tools to meet clients' specific demands;
• Produce competitive analyses considering competitors and the market to increase our competitiveness and accuracy;
• Monitor and execute action plans for continuous improvement of results and metrics;
• Identify and foster new business opportunities in support of the commercial/sales area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields;
• Familiarity with management systems (ERP) is a plus;
• Knowledge of ERP routines, processes and flows;
• Experience with integrating an ERP with other market tools (API/Webservices flows);
• Experience in preparing and analyzing RFIs and RFPs;
• Basic programming logic;
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to work with internal processes efficiently while maintaining attention to routine details;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Proactivity and collaboration;
• Results-oriented.
