Responsibilities

• You actively contribute to a variety of IT projects: from gathering business requirements and project management to technical implementation and deployment.
• You ensure compliance with group-wide IT governance when introducing new software solutions.
• You test new systems and system components, commission them and are responsible for performing regular updates.
• You perform system customizations and document functional enhancements of the systems in use, handle incident reports in 2nd-level support and coordinate necessary system adjustments with external IT service providers.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training, e.g. as an IT specialist, or hold a degree in computer science.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the IT field.
• You are a true team player and contribute your strong communication skills, sociability and cooperative attitude to the team.
• You work independently and with a strong focus on quality.
• Ideally, you have experience with DMS systems.
• Experience with SQL is desirable.
• You have practical experience with .NET and C#.
• You are open to working with new systems and programming languages.
