About the role

  • Partner Sales Manager building and expanding Odoo's partner network in the DACH region. Engaging potential partners and driving successful partnerships through collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • You are the key to expanding our partner network in the DACH region.
  • Your main responsibility is qualifying, advising, and acquiring new partner companies.
  • Inbound Lead Management: You are responsible for handling all incoming inquiries from potential partner companies.
  • Lead Qualification: As the first point of contact, you excite prospects about partnering with Odoo.
  • Match Analysis: You understand their business model, processes, capabilities, and company values.
  • Product Presentation: You present our product in tailored Odoo demonstrations.
  • Win‑Win: You analyze the challenges and pain points of the potential partner company.
  • Negotiation: You prepare proposals and negotiate the terms for the future partnership.

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong interest in and/or initial experience in sales and in lead qualification / lead management.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C1–C2) and English.
  • Strong business acumen and a high level of curiosity.
  • Analytical skills to quickly grasp business models and the ability to think outside the box.
  • You are able to build trust and generate enthusiasm.
  • Enthusiasm for working with disruptive software in the IT industry.
