Requirements

  • Previous B2B or B2B2C sales management experience
  • A proven track record managing large teams with different skill sets in a phone based environment
  • Extensive knowledge of sales methodologies and principles
  • Experience working in a growth environment with an adaptable mindset
  • Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Car industry knowledge would be preferred but not essential
  • Genuine passion for electric vehicles / energy and decarbonisation
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
