About the role
- Responsable Comptable au sein d’un cabinet d'expertise comptable innovant à Toulouse. Piloter la comptabilité et accompagner l’équipe dans une dynamique moderne et performante.
Responsibilities
- Lead, structure and develop the internal accounting function
- Oversee general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounting
- Ensure the preparation of balance sheets, annual financial statements and corporate tax packages (liasses fiscales)
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards
- Monitor and analyze key indicators (margins, productivity, activity…)
- Design and maintain relevant dashboards
- Optimize internal accounting processes
- Support teams through change
- Manage an accounting team and structure internal processes
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Accounting/Management (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA)
- Strong experience in an accounting/audit firm (5–10 years)
- Solid knowledge of accounting and tax fundamentals
- Comfortable with digital tools (Sage, RCA, MEG, Power BI...)
- You enjoy structuring and improving existing processes
- You are comfortable working in a changing environment
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to take a step back
- You can engage and motivate a team, not just supervise it.
