About the role

  • Chief Corporate Compliance Officer at OCHN leading compliance and ethics initiatives. Ensuring adherence to regulations and organizational policies with a focus on behavioral health practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the organization’s chief compliance and HIPAA privacy officer
  • Design, implement, and oversee OCHN’s Corporate Compliance Program
  • Identify compliance risks and develop corrective action and mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate investigations, audits, FOIA responses, and regulatory inquiries
  • Partner with Quality, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Report regularly to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board on compliance activities
  • Promote a culture of ethics, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business, public administration, public health, or related field (JD preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of compliance, regulatory, or legal experience
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, public-sector compliance, and behavioral health regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage sensitive matters
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior leaders and boards.
