Responsibilities
Represent Agrichem in the SEALBA region.
Manage distributors and end customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Develop an action plan for the assigned district and manage its performance indicators.
Be responsible for the entire sales process, including negotiation, order entry, delivery planning and monitoring payment of implemented orders.
Manage distributor inventory.
Promote and implement our PAMnutri nutritional monitoring tool among partners and customers, creating a differentiator when selling nutritional products.
Provide technical/commercial training to our partners and present regional results to partners and end customers.
Lead demand-generation activities focused on the company's strategic products.
Conduct training for the distribution network, farmers and regional influencers, aligned with the company's market development department.
Organize technical events and presentations for clients and partners.
Responsible for planning and executing an expansion plan together with the market access team and commercial management to increase coverage and market penetration in the territory.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy (Agricultural Engineering).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office suite).
Strong interpersonal skills with customers and partners.
Knowledge of the SEALBA market.
Experience in the plant nutrition category is a plus.
Knowledge of HF crops, citrus, corn and sugarcane.
Comfortable and effective public speaking and communication skills.
