About the role
- Quality Control Engineer responsible for QC and QA in mechanical manufacturing. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and managing supplier performance in China.
Responsibilities
- Plans and conducts activities concerned with the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Deals with supplier performance or the performance of the in-house production team.
- Supports the analysis, inspection, design, and tests needed to assure the quality of the product or component.
- Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
- Supports the handling of customer complaints, associated remedial action, and improvement activities.
- Promotes a culture of personnel and team safety, including others who may be affected by the operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, Major in Machinery, Electronics, Welding, Material.
- Over 3 years working experience in a mechanical manufacturing production environment.
- Have practices/experience for welding, casting, machining and assembly quality control or inspection of heavy machinery equipment.
- At least one year of quality control or management experience.
- Good English language skills in reading, writing & verbal.
- Good computer skills of MS Word, Excel, PPT.
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and procedure for ISO9001, HSE system and industry standards.
- Experience in working in international teams and intercultural understanding is preferable.
