Responsibilities
Developing creative concepts that deliver compelling, memorable user experiences — from digital UX to live event branding.
Translating strategy into elegant design executions across on-screen, moving image, print, and physical environments.
Leading research into design trends, user behaviour, and innovation to bring fresh thinking to projects and pitches.
Presenting creative ideas confidently to internal teams, partners, and clients.
Collaborating with the Creative Director and wider creative/production teams to deliver exceptional proposals and client work.
Producing artwork, templates, and graphics guides aligned with client brand guidelines.
Creating clear “Customer Journey” and wayfinding documents for live experiences.
Continuously improving creative output through feedback and iteration.
Building strong relationships internally and externally, delivering excellent client service.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a creative or events agency environment
Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Strong PowerPoint design skills
Proven portfolio showcasing design excellence across digital and print
Highly organised with strong administration skills
Bonus: experience in 3D, CAD, or motion graphics; BA in Graphic Design (preferred but not essential)
