About the role

• Head of Product Design driving the creation of Online Gaming product roadmap at Novibet. Leading a high-performing Product Design and User Research organization in a dynamic Company.

Responsibilities

• Drive the creation of the Online Gaming product roadmap that aligns with Novibet’s vision and long-term strategy.
• Lead and grow a high-performing Product Design and User Research organization, ensuring your team is set up to deliver outstanding work across Novibet’s global product portfolio: Sportsbook, Casino, PAM and Growth - from vision to execution.
• Establish and uphold the design and research standards that shape how we build products - driving clarity, usability and consistency at scale.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to define strategy, drive alignment and ensure our teams are solving the right problems with the right level of execution.
• Shape team rituals, workflows and tooling that enable speed without sacrificing quality - tailored to the realities of a scaled, fast-moving tech environment.
• Act as a strategic voice in the product leadership team, contributing to roadmap planning, quarterly reviews and the evolution of our operating model.
• Build a strong feedback and accountability culture, where designers and researchers are empowered, held to high standards and supported in their development.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in Product Design, User Research or UX Writing with a track record of elevating teams and establishing high standards for quality, collaboration, and execution.
• Deep functional expertise, enabling you to operate as both a strategic partner and a hands-on coach. You are regarded as an expert in your field and can articulate strong design rationale while remaining open to challenge and iteration.
• Experience driving effective cross-functional collaboration, especially between Product, Engineering and Design. You bring structure and clarity to roles and responsibilities, fostering accountability without creating bureaucracy.
• Ability to lead through influence, not just reporting lines. You guide and align teams by building trust, setting clear direction, and creating frameworks that scale.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the voice of Design in strategic forums and contribute to broader product and company-level decisions.
