Responsibilities
- Build and manage a client portfolio
- Respond to public-sector tenders
- Manage client relationships in a service center, under fixed-price contracts or time-and-materials (T&M) engagements
- Ensure proper delivery of services, oversee cost evolution and trigger invoicing
- Draft contracts, amendments and other commercial documents
- Establish partnerships with other companies to address urgent needs
- Coordinate with subcontracting companies
- Provide regular reporting to agency management and ensure ongoing follow-up
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Business/Commerce
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT services (ESN)
- Management of the commercial phases of fixed-price projects
- End-to-end pre-sales experience
- Experience working with public-sector clients
- Hunter-and-farmer mindset with strong relationships among decision-makers
- Strong drive and commitment to selling high-end IT solutions
- Solid network and good knowledge of the economic landscape in the Hauts-de-France region
