About the role

- Establish criteria and lead manufacturing readiness reviews for new product introductions, ensuring robust quality controls and risk mitigation.
- Develop, maintain, and present the fab quality scorecard, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams, set clear goals, manage projects effectively, and foster a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Physics, Materials, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- More than 10 years in semiconductor manufacturing with at least 2 years in QA leadership.
- Expertise in Six Sigma and 8D. Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with wafer process and fab systems: MES, SPC, FDC/APC, metrology, inspection and probe.
- Strong communication skills for cross‑functional alignment.
