About the role

Responsibilities
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary agile team of senior experts and supported by state-of-the-art development and test technologies, tools and processes
- Interface with various other teams (product management, software, hardware and ASIC/FPGA) to make sure we deliver high quality products to our customers
- Define the test strategy and test plan for new features
- Design and automate test cases to validate the embedded software which is at the heart of the product
Requirements
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Industrial science or equivalent experience
- Knowledge in software development (Python)
- Take pride in the quality of your test cases and architecture
- Interest in IP networks and Telecommunications networks in general
- Willingness to contribute with creative, out-of-the-box solutions, to problems arising in a dynamic environment, under high market pressure.
- A hands-on mindset
- Basic knowledge on fiber technologies like GPON, XGSPON. 25G and 50G (it would be nice if you also had)
- Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Robot Framework or similar test framework (it would be nice if you also had)
- Experience with Xray test management (Jira) (it would be nice if you also had)
