About the role

  • Customer Project Manager overseeing large-scale projects and customer programs for Network Management solutions in telecom. Accountable for project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer program or project for the Network Management products and service scope
  • Ensures all project and operational management is in full alignment with Nokia Mode of Operation
  • Plans customer project and keeps plan updated to reflect changes
  • Manages customer relationship during delivery and serves as the primary interface towards the customer

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Experience with Tier 1 customers
  • Advanced experience working with local and remote multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge and experience in Telecommunication sector with Network Management product and services
