Responsibilities
- Define, shape, and manage HR projects, including full project delivery and execution
- Develop and manage project plans (objectives, timelines, milestones, costs, resources, risks, deliverables)
- Manage resources, costs, delays, and deviations, including corrective actions and early warnings
- Identify, assess, and manage risks; ensure quality, compliance, and proper project governance
- Lead change management initiatives and support problem-solving within the France HR team
- Act as key interface between stakeholders and projects, ensuring communication, reporting, and alignment across teams
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools
- Proven ability to lead and deliver projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, resource allocation, cost control, and risk management
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to act as a key interface between business and project teams
- Solid understanding of project governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience driving change management initiatives and supporting problem-solving in complex environments
- Comfortable working in a matrix and international environment, collaborating across multiple teams and geographies
- Experience contributing to or implementing transformation plans and organizational change initiatives
- Understanding of HR processes and environments is considered an advantage
