About the role

  • Country People Project Manager leading HR projects for Nokia in France. Ensuring effective project planning and execution within a global company.

Responsibilities

  • Define, shape, and manage HR projects, including full project delivery and execution
  • Develop and manage project plans (objectives, timelines, milestones, costs, resources, risks, deliverables)
  • Manage resources, costs, delays, and deviations, including corrective actions and early warnings
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks; ensure quality, compliance, and proper project governance
  • Lead change management initiatives and support problem-solving within the France HR team
  • Act as key interface between stakeholders and projects, ensuring communication, reporting, and alignment across teams

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, resource allocation, cost control, and risk management
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to act as a key interface between business and project teams
  • Solid understanding of project governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Experience driving change management initiatives and supporting problem-solving in complex environments
  • Comfortable working in a matrix and international environment, collaborating across multiple teams and geographies
  • Experience contributing to or implementing transformation plans and organizational change initiatives
  • Understanding of HR processes and environments is considered an advantage
