Responsibilities
Leads standardization for Operations Work Management.
Responsible for work readiness which includes coordinating, prioritizing, scheduling and dispatching of construction, system operations and customer programs.
Develops and implements standard strategic approach for all field work.
Aligns the organization for acceptance and change of new software process.
Oversees all applicable gas related work management activities related to large gas projects and related contractor activities.
Ensures scheduling, prioritization based on risk and compliance and assignment of gas related work.
Manages QA/QC efforts within the department to ensure compliance and exceptional customer service.
Maintains partnerships between key organizations to drive successful outcomes.
Establishes joint accountability and shared metrics with key business partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Operations or Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of leadership experience in operations or work management related activities
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand the big picture
Proven ability to build strong collaborative partnerships
Ability to help teams/partners reach consensus
Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to drive execution
Ability to lead teams through significant change
Proven ability to build organizational talent and create highly successful teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of PC applications
Ability to travel as needed
24/7 operations at times requires availability at night, on weekends, holidays, etc.
