About the role

• Senior Full Stack Developer responsible for web applications development and feature requests. Collaborating with an international development team in Augsburg, offering hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

• You take on the development and further enhancement of high-quality web applications
• You help maintain and support our in-house tools and libraries as well as the relevant third-party tools
• You write clean, readable, and well-tested code
• Through pair programming and code reviews you challenge your colleagues and take responsibility for their code and for targeted technical development
• You have the freedom to make design and architecture decisions and oversee them during implementation
• You like to automate recurring tasks using appropriate tools and scripting
• You are a technical point of contact for cross-departmental colleagues and for our clients

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the digital sector, ideally in a senior, lead, or similar role at an agency or software company
• Familiar with PHP, Node.js, NEXT.js and React; comfortable working with HTML/CSS
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong quality awareness and great attention to detail in code and applications
• Confident with GIT (GitHub), VS Code and package managers such as NPM
• Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills — engaging, inspiring, persuasive, motivating, and able to drive change
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Solid knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks
