About the role
- Senior AI Engineer developing and implementing Generative AI solutions at NFON. Collaborating with clients and teams to enhance chatbot and voicebot technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement full-stack applications using Generative AI (GenAI) as well as chatbot and voicebot technologies
- Support our customers and partners in implementing our solutions — both on-site and remotely
- Analyze implementation experiences and derive best practices to continuously feed into our development roadmap and backlog
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for customers and deliver innovative features
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in full-stack development and solid knowledge of Generative AI and chatbot/voicebot technologies
- Practical experience collaborating with customers and partners, ideally in technical implementation and support
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar, and experience with modern AI frameworks
- A solution-oriented, independent working style combined with team spirit and strong communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
