About the role
- Indirect Procurement Partner managing sourcing and purchasing for AI infrastructure solutions in a collaborative startup environment. Driving cost reduction and maintaining supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Source and issue purchase orders for indirect categories (lab equipment, software, corporate IT and services, etc.)
- Partner with internal customers to determine requirements and conduct RFXs
- Select suppliers for the best combination of functionality, quality, cost, and availability
- Escalate to suppliers for order commit dates and delivery times
- Drive cost reduction efforts through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiation
- Maintain accurate part data and order history in PLM and ERP systems (e.g., Arena, NetSuite)
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing in hardware manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, engineering lab equipment, or software licensing
- Familiarity with NetSuite or equivalent systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
