About the role

  • Resident Campus Vice President responsible for leadership and program excellence in dining services for NEXDINE Hospitality. Overseeing operations and program performance with a strong focus on client relations in Greater Boston.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to a team to achieve program excellence and financial success
  • Establish and maintain effective resident and client rapport
  • Manage colleagues to ensure they exceed client’s expectations and achieve performance metrics
  • Oversees a Corporate Dining Facility as the top business leader
  • Develop management team through training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Analyze unfavorable items or trends and take corrective action
  • Communicate objectives, reinforce standards, and monitor performance
  • Develop guides a strategic business plan to direct operational performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years working within Dining Services
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university is required
  • Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management highly desirable
  • Proven track record of success in driving performance within a high-end multi-level of care community in Senior Services
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
