Responsibilities
- Contribute to structuring the AI practice
- Help define the methodology, tools, governance and training required to support our AI projects
- Help establish quality, security and ethics standards specific to the practice
- Actively participate in the AI guild to create a clear, sustainable framework
- Train and grow the team
- Evaluate current skills of developers and project managers
- Create an upskilling plan (training, workshops, seminars, coaching)
- Foster a genuine internal AI and data culture and measure its progress
- Collaborate with client teams to identify opportunities where AI can generate real value
- Participate in the development and integration of AI models into concrete solutions (data preparation, training, monitoring)
- Design demonstrators and proofs of concept that illustrate AI’s impact on client challenges
- Support the business engineering team in evaluating AI opportunities
- Contribute to the preparation of grant applications and the structuring of commercial AI offerings
- Support go-to-market activities by sharing your expertise and helping clients understand the value of AI
Requirements
- Relevant experience in artificial intelligence, data science or applied machine learning
- Good understanding of software development practices and management of technology projects
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly, train and mobilize multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical, pragmatic and results-oriented mindset
- Influential leadership: able to advance projects without direct managerial authority
- Technological curiosity and scientific rigor
