About the role
- Supply Planner managing end-to-end supply planning for ANZ. Translating demand forecasts into executable supply plans and managing purchase orders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end supply planning for designated product categories across ANZ
- Translate demand plans into supply plans and executable purchase orders (POs)
- Create, confirm, track, and manage POs through to inbound delivery
- Partner closely with Logistics and 3PL providers to ensure smooth inbound execution
- Identify supply risks, constraints, and capacity challenges
- Develop and execute mitigation strategies
- Monitor service levels (OTIF / OOS), inventory health (DOH, E&O), and plan adherence
- Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data in ERP systems
- Partner with Demand Planning, Procurement, Operations, Customer Service and Finance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in supply planning, replenishment, and/or supply chain roles
- Firsthand experience with ERP/planning systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across local and global teams
- Project experience highly regarded
