About the role

  • Mitarbeiter*in für Technik, Einkauf & Wohnungsverwaltung im PGW Berlin. Verantwortlich für Management von Mietwohnungen und Unterstützung des Teams in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Management and administration of all matters related to our rental apartments and owned residential properties
  • Management of service providers in connection with construction, repair and maintenance work
  • Management and execution of centralized procurement
  • Coordination and administration of the vehicle fleet
  • Promotion of measures to improve our carbon (CO2) footprint

Requirements

  • Business (commercial) and/or technical vocational training
  • Good hands‑on and technical understanding
  • Responsible, independent and proactive working style
  • Flexible availability for assignments
  • Enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Advanced proficiency in office applications and associated hardware
