About the role
- Backend Developer responsible for designing and maintaining internal services at Netlight Consulting. Working with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS in a collaborative, agile team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the internal services that underpins Netlight’s operations
- Develop and evolve business‑critical services, microservices, and REST APIs
- Create integrations and automations that streamline and digitalize internal processes
- Ship on AWS using Infrastructure as Code for scalable, modern delivery
Requirements
- IT degree and 2+ years in agile backend roles with Java and Spring Boot
- Solid experience with REST APIs, microservices, and Git
- Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Comfortable owning solutions end‑to‑end; collaborative and service‑minded
- Fluent English; based in Munich
