Responsibilities
Serve as the Above Market Single Point of Contact (SPOC) supporting the Zone Category eBusiness Manager and Market eBusiness Leads.
Drive the creation and implementation of holistic Search strategies—across SEO, SEM, eRetail, and Voice Search.
Collaborate with internal teams (Zone, IBS, MSE) and external partners (Google, Amazon, BrightEdge) to ensure best-in-class execution and innovation in Search.
Create, manage, and optimize paid and organic search programs across Search Engines, eRetailers, Platforms, and Voice Search.
Act as the primary owner of Search agency relationships at Zone/Market level and provide regular performance and optimization reports to stakeholders.
Support market teams with Search capability building—from beginner to advanced—via training sessions, workshops, webinars, and written guidelines.
Evaluate brands’ Search maturity and develop tailored Search Packs to build understanding and execution excellence.
Promote the adoption of global SBU and Search 2.0 frameworks across markets and brands.
Develop and localize keyword strategies aligned with business objectives to optimize content and performance.
Deliver actionable insights through regular reports and best practice documentation.
Ensure full utilization of IBS services and MSE solutions to meet strategic goals.
Stay updated on SEO/SEM trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven Search experience with a holistic understanding of SEO, Paid Search, and eRetail.
International SEO project experience and agency background.
Team management experience (minimum 2 years, managing at least 2 SEO direct reports).
Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with 4 years focused on SEO.
Experience working with large FMCG brands and complex organizational models.
Strong track record of delivering on KPIs and driving cross-market agendas.
