About the role
- SAP Service Business Consultant responsible for S4 Service Management rollout and SAP application customization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency in service business operations.
Responsibilities
- SAP Rollout: Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM).
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents
- Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
- Lead Unit test and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
- User Support & Training: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Data Migration: Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program
- Hypercare Support: Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
