About the role

  • Senior HRIS Analyst at MoonPay shaping HR systems and People Operations. Collaborating on Workday enhancements and optimizing HR processes for a better employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Workday HCM, providing day-to-day support across business processes, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and system enhancements.
  • Design, implement, test, and deploy Workday configuration updates, new modules, and integrations to support evolving business needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure a high standard of service.
  • Support Workday bi-annual releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and functionality.
  • Perform data uploads and mass changes using tools such as EIBs, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.
  • Analyze system gaps and inefficiencies, recommend best practices, and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday, with balanced expertise across modules such as Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrations with downstream systems; familiarity with Workday Studio is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Workday best practices and People Operations processes, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.
  • Ability to translate requirements from non-technical stakeholders into clear, effective technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic about continuous improvement and learning.
