Responsibilities
- Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with the sales representative
- Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented and stocked
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales and displays
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in fast-paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Los Angeles, CA
