About the role
- Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser communicating and building relationships while stocking shelves for Mondelēz. Offering support to sales representatives and ensuring product visibility.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products
- Construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Ballwin, MO
