Responsibilities

Work on large, complex, long-term projects, focusing on practical implementation, technical leadership and development of integrations between SuccessFactors and satellite/legacy systems.
Manage the full lifecycle of proposed solutions, from design and development through delivery support.
Estimate costs and effort for new solutions and complex implementation projects.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SAP HCM SuccessFactors and technical mastery of BTP/SCPI (Integration Suite) solutions.
Develop extensions on SAP BTP (CAP) using Node.js, applying development best practices.
Lead the strategy and execution of development efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices (Clean Core, microservices, API-driven architecture).
Implement standard SAP SuccessFactors integrations (BIB, Infoporter, Point-to-Point, MDI, IDoc, ALE).
Build complex integrations using SAP Integration Suite, ABAP, REST/OData APIs, SAP Gateway, OAuth 2.0, SAML and SOAP web services.
Develop custom APIs for SAP ECP and S/4HANA, ensuring security and performance.
Ensure the security, scalability and governance of integrations, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
Define technical standards for extensions and integrations, promoting sustainable architecture aligned with corporate strategy.

Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Architect in implementation projects.
Experience implementing standard integrations (BIB, Point-to-Point, Infoporter, MDI, ALE, IDoc).
Advanced knowledge of SAP HCM SuccessFactors, SAP Integration Suite, ABAP HCM, REST/OData APIs, SAP Gateway and SAP BTP.
Proficiency in development on SAP BTP (CAP) with Node.js.
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting (SAP Cloud Integration Monitor).
SAP BTP, SuccessFactors or TOGAF certifications will be considered a plus.
Higher education degree required.
Desirable: knowledge of SAP PI/PO, SAP ALM, SAP Fiori and API governance practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Cloud Foundry).
Familiarity with LGPD/GDPR and data security.
