Oracle Consultant working on tax-related projects as part of a senior team in São Paulo's hybrid workspace.
Responsibilities
Understand the client and the business in which they operate;
Identify project opportunities;
Understand the specificities of the projects to which they are assigned, including relevant knowledge areas, impacts, stakeholders, requirements, timelines, and other aspects;
Support the understanding of problems and the preparation of proposals;
Occasionally transfer knowledge about the business/client to the project team;
Define, on demand, analyses required for the project;
Prepare project deliverables (spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and others);
Report various problems and risks identified in projects;
Gather data to perform analyses;
Develop analyses and insights related to assigned projects;
Occasionally delegate workstreams to the team;
Support project management with follow-up activities, status reports, and monitoring of open items;
Execute activities of varying levels of complexity in response to client demands;
Demonstrate autonomy in their workflows, managing details and able to handle client questions;
Actively seek solutions and methodologies from diverse sources;
Deliver high-quality work with minimal rework and limited supervision from leadership;
Conduct meetings efficiently and with appropriate executive presence;
Meet client deadlines and delivery requirements;
Other routine tasks within the area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Strong knowledge of the business process for receiving tax documents for goods and services and of the Tax and FDC modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP;
Knowledge of integration with tax calculation solutions (for example, TaxOne and Compliance);
Experience implementing the FDC and Tax modules for Procure-to-Pay processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and familiarity with agile methodology in project implementation, process mapping, user stories, FIT/GAP analysis, system configuration, unit testing, and supporting integrated testing with key users;
Knowledge of Crisis Management;
Preferred: Experience with Business Continuity Management.
