Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh goods sector (Fachverkäufer) or as a butcher/meat cutter.
- Ideally, a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier.
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters.
- Excellent knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products.
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality who is highly committed to the commercial success of their area as well as to the satisfaction of customers and the team.
