About the role

  • Senior Consultant in Total Health Management leading projects for Mercer to enhance client wellbeing and productivity. Focusing on client relationships and consulting services across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Developing client relationships and support across Canada, with a focus in Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan)
  • Participating in and leading projects locally and nationally
  • Participating in vendor meetings to provide market perspective and support client program requirements and service level needs
  • Managing project workloads, assignment, pricing and execution
  • Providing consulting to Health and Benefits team and Mercer Health clients
  • Developing and growing business opportunities for THM
  • Client and public-facing delivery of thought leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a health or social sciences related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in a field related to disability management (mandatory), wellbeing, health promotion, occupational health, human resources
  • Expert level of knowledge across several of disability management, wellbeing programs, EFAP, HR programs and policies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Available to travel as needed
