Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and implementation of competitive compensation and incentive systems for executives and employees
Analyze and prepare data, market trends and benchmarks to provide well-founded advice to our clients
Develop and present concepts and decision documents for clients and internal stakeholders
Advise and support our clients in identifying coverage gaps and compliance-related issues
Collaborate with internal teams such as HR Transformation, Digital Consulting, and other Marsh McLennan sister companies to provide holistic client support
Participate in tenders, contract negotiations, and the coordination of site inspections in cooperation with Risk Engineering and insurers
Support the maintenance and further development of client relationships as part of account management
Requirements
University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics, or a comparable field—ideally with an HR focus
Entry-level to several years' experience in consulting or a comparable role, preferably with a focus on compensation and HR topics
Confident handling of data analysis and reporting as well as MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with clients and internal teams
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
