About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and evolve backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3+.
- Work on the modeling, implementation and maintenance of RESTful APIs integrated with gateways such as Apigee or AWS API Gateway.
- Implement and sustain process flows using Camunda V7 or V8.
- Develop asynchronous integrations using Kafka and/or JMS.
- Ensure best practices for code versioning, change control and collaboration using GitHub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, security, performance and stability of solutions.
- Participate in technical reviews, incident resolution, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for systems.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior Java Backend Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Java 17 and Spring Boot 3+.
- Practical experience with Camunda V7 or Camunda V8.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, using Apigee or AWS API Gateway.
- Experience with Kafka and/or JMS for messaging and asynchronous processing.
- Experience using GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
- Preferred:
- Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition.
- Knowledge of financial and Treasury systems.
- Experience in high‑criticality enterprise environments, preferably in the financial sector.
